Results of the Interview

Well, looks like the interviews have been concluded. The counters have closed and we're looking forward to grading the candidates. *MUHAHAHAHAHAHA ~ Ahem, sorry.

For those that went for the interview, do check your email inbox for news from us during the holidays. Well, I guess that's that for you guys. Also, for those of you who missed it, we're sorry to say that we've officially concluded these rounds of interviews for now. New sessions might be conducted sometime in May, catering especially for the Form 3 and Lower 6 students. Do stay tuned and remember, we're always in need of dedicated members.
Now, for those of you awaiting the results, do keep in mind that we'll be evaluating your performance very carefully and the results will be closed to everyone but the top guys in Seafield.FM. Heck, even I don't know how anyone did and I was there helping with the interviews (so don't ask me). In the mean time, don't stress yourselves out! It's the holidays and tis the time for family and some other festive stuff.

If you didn't make it, please take it as a lesson to improve yourselves. Remember, failure is the mother of success and you're welcome to come try out again! But for those of you that did make it, welcome aboard! We'll brief you on your duties to the club as soon as the school reopens. Until then, please do enjoy yourselves this Chinese New Year/Holidays.

PS: Sorry if the title misled you. We need more readers. Lol~ I'm mean, deal with it. HAHAHA.

We're Back, Now Better Than Ever!

What's up peeps! You know, it's just US, being awesome as usual because we're all incredible like that!

It's been a while since the last post but HUGE updates in store both on the web and in real life so do keep an eye on things. ;) *see what I did there? I used a "wink" emoticon thing, so it's going to be all suggestive and all! Not in that way...

You may have heard but in case you haven't, we're in the midst of upgrading well... basically EVERYTHING about Seafield.FM. We are no longer going to be that morning radio show, and instead, we're moving on to become SMK Seafield's mass communication club! It means covering things like important events, current issues, as well as playing all your favorite music! ;) * "winked" again!

Yes, our ambitions are big and some of you may be asking, "just where are the resources for pulling all of this off?" Well, here's the bad news. We don't have any! Nil! Zit! (Zit?) I'm hoping I won't ruffle anyone's feathers in the club but our current budget as of Wednesday is... Wait for it...

- three ringgit. You may laugh now.

Done yet? Good. As such, we're going to be doing a whole bunch of stuff to garner revenue as well as publicity! Because we're all LOA like that... (Lack Of Attention. See? You learned something new today!)

So this is going to be a quick reminder to get all of you guys pumped up for the NEW Seafield.FM. Oh, and I'm sorry, I tend to babble and totally miss out on points but regarding the resources thing, unfortunately, it isn't only monetary. In case you haven't noticed, WE'RE IN NEED OF MEMBERS!

... for Seafield.FM! (because I'm too lazy to edit pictures... OKAY! I CAN'T edit pictures, but I'll learn! Eventually...)

Interviews will be carried out soon so stay tuned! ;) Priority will be given to the Form 3, 4 and 6 students as they will be carrying on the baton, so to speak. Also, I'll be needing someone to replace me when the year's up, or better yet! Help me with my slack and update the blog every now and then!

Because thinking of stuff to write is difficult... (HAHA! JK! I can write freely without so much as a pause like Stephen freaking KING! Okay, I apologize for my narcissism. That was completely unnecessary.)

Ahem, back to the topic of recruits, you guys will need to embody everything that is Seafield.FM: a fun club of guys who just can't shut up, kinda like Interact but with a slight shortage of those oh-so-popular dudes. Think you can do it? Don't think you can do it? Fret not! Here at Seafield.FM, we're a family and families... I dunno, wasn't really thinking when I said that, but you get the point, we're all very close and we lurve each other.

Training will be provided to ensure that you'll stay confident on air! We'll guide you through to sounding as cool and hip as those guys on Hitz or whatever everyone's listening to these days! Vital training for later life when you have to deliver a keynote or presentation to some Japanese investors.

You can't honestly "um," or "er," when you're standing in a boardroom as classy as this, can you? Especially when that Mercedes company car and that big fat raise is on the line. We're here to help!

Sorry about ending it here, I really have to get to class. Hey, I'm a regular kid just like everyone else! I have things to do too!
